50 Cent Sues Rick Ross’ Ex Tia Kemp For $6M Over Posts About Sire Jackson

50 Cent sought at least $6 million from Tia Kemp in a new federal lawsuit over posts about his son, Sire, according to Billboard.

The outlet obtained the complaint, filed in Los Angeles on October 26. Curtis Jackson sued Tiallondra “Tia” Kemp on behalf of 14-year-old Sire, identified as S.J., alleging defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

His lawyers accused Kemp of inventing a medical diagnosis and sexually degrading claims involving Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy. They alleged she kept posting after a cease-and-desist letter.

“But autism is not shameful,” the lawyers wrote in the filing quoted by Billboard.

The federal case followed a separate Florida petition seeking an injunction against Kemp over alleged cyberstalking, first reported by TMZ.

The dispute had already drawn a public response from Sire’s father. As AllHipHop previously reported, he shared news of the restraining-order request on Instagram and objected to using claims about a child’s health as an insult.

“This is the greatest example of bullying a minor saying he is on the spectrum,” 50 wrote.

He also said he had friends whose children were on the spectrum and said the subject was no joke.

Kemp shares a son, William Roberts III, with Rick Ross. Her comments about Sire followed 50’s public taunts about an alleged attack on William.

The rapper mocked William for calling police and used the incident to revisit Ross’ past work as a correctional officer. He also offered help with bond and a lawyer for the accused attacker; it was unconfirmed whether he paid anything.

The relationship between 50 and Kemp had looked different in June 2025. He offered her a talk show while sharing a clip of her on Instagram. His pitch suggested she could replace Wendy Williams, bringing Kemp into another public exchange tied to his long feud with Ross.

In the clip, Kemp complained that people kept comparing her to cats. The rapper paired the video with an invitation to make a deal. The offer put her outspoken social media persona at the center of his television pitch.

The new court lawsuit mirrors an earlier Ross feud that left 50 facing a multimillion-dollar obligation to another woman.

Lastonia Leviston, who shares a daughter with Ross, won a privacy case over a sex video featuring her and a former boyfriend.

The video circulated in 2009, with 50 appearing as the character Pimpin’ Curly and making remarks about Leviston while taunting Ross.

Ross did not appear in the footage, which became part of the rappers’ feud years before the current dispute with Kemp.

Jurors initially awarded Leviston $5 million, and 50 filed for bankruptcy on July 13, 2015, before they added $2 million in punitive damages.

That brought the verdict to $7 million, but the later bankruptcy agreement set Leviston’s claim at $6 million.

Judge Ann Nevins asked whether he understood that he would still owe Leviston even if he sought bankruptcy protection again.

“That’s not gonna happen,” 50 told the judge during the July 2016 hearing, according to The Associated Press.

Kemp did not immediately answer Billboard’s request for comment. On TikTok, she told him he could not bully her.
