All BZR WKND refunds now issued, organisers say
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Organisers of BZR WKND say all patrons who requested refunds following the postponement of their show initially scheduled for October 18, have been reimbursed. In a statement shared to social media on Wednesday, the team apologised for delays and frustration customers had experienced during the processing of refunds, citing an unusually high volume of refund requests and inquiries submitted to its ticketing platform. The organisers said this backlog extended processing times beyond their anticipated timeframe. The postponement to December 20,  and subsequent refund process for tickets and travel arrangements, was announced on October 13, days after American rapper Cardi B, who was booked to headline the show, announced she would no longer be performing. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account,” the statement shared. It added, “We understand that this has been an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.”
