Are Chris Brown And Usher Beefing?

Chris Brown and Usher have Atlanta fans asking whether the real drama on this tour is behind the scenes.

Their November 5 concert with at Mercedes-Benz Stadium has inspired some questions about their relationship. Concertgoers complained about a lengthy wait, a missing joint performance and a show that felt hurried once it finally got moving.

But is this a cold war? It is too early to call. And yet the streets are talking.

Attendees said there were no shared songs between the headliners, a shortened setlist and chatter about a possible disagreement. Nobody has produced evidence establishing a backstage fight, but we know these people can be divas. When two stars sell a joint experience and fans say something is off…oftentimes that means something is off.

Some of the details were off too.

Although some attendees placed the start around 10 p.m., others say Usher beginning a few minutes after 9 p.m. The venue advertised 7:30 p.m., and Usher’s representatives said the planned start was 8:30 p.m. Those accounts differ, but not the 3-hour rumors we heard. Hmmmm and yet, nothing really defends the beef allegations.

Then came Breezy.

Brown posted a brief message warning people against believing internet chatter. What remains unclear is exactly which claim he was dismissing. Was it the alleged friction? The concert complaints? He did all that and cleared nothing up.

Fans also suggested a midnight curfew explained the quick finish. Nobody has confirmed this and they do not pay me enough for me to go looking.

The disappointment is real. A vegan beef is rumor.

I don’t think there will be any more to this, at least not publicly.
