Back in the majority, Democrats have plans for a long list of Trump investigations

President Trump speaks at a midterm campaign rally in Daytona Beach, Fla. on October 30, 2026. Democrats are planning a long list of investigations against the president in the new Congress.

Democrats will have the ability to subpoena records and compel individuals to testify. The Epstein files, Elon Musk, the Iran war and Trump's business interests may all come under the microscope.
