Blueface Debates Taking His Livestream Fans To Church With Chrisean Rock

Blueface had a Sunday church trip lined up with Chrisean Rock, but bringing his livestream audience along gave him pause.

The rapper talked through that decision on his Kick stream before the planned outing. A longer excerpt uploaded Sunday captured him explaining how a chance encounter gave him both an invitation and a place to worship, then asking viewers whether they wanted to come along.

Blueface said the invitation came from a man who approached them while they were getting corn. He wasn’t sure whether the man was a pastor or a deacon, so he stopped short of giving him a title.

“I’m a little conflicted with bringing you guys though. You guys want to go to church with me? It’s kind of weird,” he said.

Chrisean Rock appeared beside him as the conversation turned to getting ready and leaving on time. Blueface joked about her having a reason to wear her dress, while the pair worked through how long the drive would take.

His nerves went beyond having a camera in church. Blueface told chat he wanted to arrive once people were already seated so the entrance wouldn’t become a spectacle. He also acknowledged that it had been a long time since he’d been to church.

For Chrisean Rock, faith has already become part of her public music career. She performed “Yahweh” at Faith City Central in Maryland in March 2025, joined by gospel singers Tim Bowman Jr. and Arissa Divyne.

That appearance also gave her a chance to discuss her beliefs with the church’s leaders. She described her faith as a personal commitment and pushed back against people who questioned her motives for sharing it publicly.

The family’s church connection predates that performance. In September 2023, Chrisean Rock brought their son to a dedication service, where his middle name, Jesus, was revealed. Blueface publicly supported that decision at the time.

This weekend, he was still figuring out the streaming side. Blueface said he thought filming would be allowed because churches record services, but he didn’t present that assumption as permission from this church. He told viewers the outing was happening whether or not they joined the stream.
