MIAMI – The Caribbean Students Association (CSA) at Miami Dade College, together with CSA chapters at the University of Miami and Florida International University, will host Business Week Miami from October 26 to 30, 2026.

The five-day entrepreneurship week brings students face to face with founders, investors, attorneys and mentors across three campuses. Business Week Miami is presented with Blue Mahoe Capital and the Blessed Futures Foundation.

The week opens Monday, October 26, with opening remarks from Marlon A. Hill, Esq., a partner with Weiss Serota and a founding member of the Florida Caribbean Students Association.

A founder panel follows with five confirmed entrepreneurs and executives, including Meg Sethi, founder and CEO of Alcemysts Inc; Jean Bernard Ceant, co-founder of Fubar Haiti; and attorney Gustavo A. Gutierrez, Esq.

A special law talk on business, the visa process and studying abroad closes the evening. The location for opening night will be announced.

Tuesday brings mentor matching at Miami Dade College. On Wednesday, David Mullings, chairman and CEO of Blue Mahoe Capital, leads a founder workshop titled “From Idea to Execution.”

Thursday moves to FIU for a screening premiere, a fireside chat and the Panther Tank mini business challenge.

The week closes Friday, October 30, at UM’s Shalala Grand Ballroom with The 50, a pitch competition in which 50 founders compete for real seed funding, followed by an awards ceremony.

All evening events run from 6 to 9 p.m. and are open to students. Registration is available at businessweekmiami.com.

“Miami is full of talented students, but a lot of them never get the chance to meet the people who are actually building businesses here,” said Maya Isla, president of the Caribbean Students Association. “For five days, we’re putting them in the same room as founders, investors and mentors, on three different campuses.”
