Chris Brown’s Ex Says He’s Making Death Threats Against Her New Man

Chris Brown is facing serious allegations from his ex-girlfriend Diamond Brown, who claims he’s been terrorizing her new boyfriend and making death threats against him and his twin brother.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond filed the allegations as part of their ongoing child support and custody battle over their four-year-old daughter Lovely.

The situation has escalated beyond typical relationship drama into what she describes as a pattern of harassment that’s left her feeling unsafe.

Diamond says this isn’t the first time Chris has pulled this move.

She claims he engaged in the same threatening behavior with another man she dated approximately two years ago, right after their relationship ended.

Both relationships fell apart specifically because of his harassment, she alleges. She’s been trying to get his legal team to address the issue since March, but nothing’s changed.

He’s not responding to requests to stop, and now she’s documenting everything in court filings.

The pattern she describes is disturbing. Diamond says Chris hasn’t even asked to see their daughter in six to seven months, yet he’s actively threatening the men she dates.

At a birthday party in front of their daughter, he allegedly blew up at Diamond, creating a scene she says was harmful and inappropriate.

She’s also claiming he’s tried to harass her through social media. Despite all this, she’s not seeking a restraining order.

She just wants to live her life without fear.

Chris denied the harassment allegations and claims Diamond posts inappropriate content on social media, but his legal team hasn’t provided specifics about what they’re referring to.

Diamond filed the original paternity and custody suit in May 2026, asking for primary custody of Lovely, and Chris responded by opposing her request and demanding joint custody instead.
