Clavicular Pleads Not Guilty As Judge Bars Posts About Accuser

Clavicular pleaded not guilty to a rape charge on October 22, and a Massachusetts judge set $10,000 bail and barred posts about his accuser.

The September case report also described a separate charge of providing alcohol to a minor.

The accuser told police Clavicular had paid her to appear in videos and gave her alcohol during a May 2025 visit to his family’s Chatham home. She says he sexually assaulted her there when she was 17.

His lawyers say the encounter was consensual. Attorney David Meier said the two had a professional and personal relationship for almost a year, according to the Associated Press. Clavicular did not answer reporters’ questions as he left the courthouse.

His lawyer entered the plea in Orleans District Court. Judge John Julian ordered the 20-year-old to surrender his passport and avoid his accuser, ABC News reported.

“If you commit a new offense, whether it be state or federal, I could hold you without bail for up to 90 days,” Julian told Clavicular.

The hearing follows the charges AllHipHop reported in September. At that stage, attorney Steve Kramer denied the allegations and said he would fight them in court.

Clavicular built his online following around “looksmaxxing,” a pursuit of physical attractiveness that can include cosmetic surgery, steroids and other extreme measures.

The civil suit also alleges he injected her with a fat-dissolving substance during a livestream without consent.

A related Florida civil lawsuit is separate from the criminal case. ABC reported that the accuser removed sexual-assault allegations from that suit earlier this month. Her lawyers said she did not want the civil case to interfere with the prosecution. That change did not end the criminal charge.

The case carries stakes beyond Clavicular’s online reputation. The September report noted that a rape conviction in Massachusetts can bring up to 20 years in prison.

Clavicular is due back in court November 24 for a probable-cause hearing.
