Diddy Reportedly Taken From Fort Dix For Head Injury

Diddy was reportedly taken from Fort Dix in an ambulance for treatment of a head injury and returned to prison hours later.

TMZ reported Monday that sources at the New Jersey prison described an overnight trip for medical care.

The ambulance left around 1 a.m. Saturday, October 10, and Sean Combs was back before sunrise, the outlet said.

Those sources said he was awake and talking when he returned.

TMZ had not confirmed where he received treatment, and its article said the cause of the injury remained unclear.

His housing status and prison privileges have drawn questions since NBC News published allegations about his access to a banned phone and paid services from fellow inmates.

On October 1, Deadline reported that its sources said prison officials had moved him out of the general population the previous evening.

The outlet also obtained a Bureau of Prisons statement saying inmates cannot have cellphones and may face sanctions for breaking prison rules.

NBC reported last week that a union official said Combs had lost 41 days of good conduct time for “disruptive conduct.”

That account linked the penalty to a projected release moving from January to March 2028.

Combs’ representative, Juda Engelmayer, has challenged the attention given to leaked prison footage.

In an October 1 statement, he questioned how recordings and information reached the public from inside a federal facility.

He argued that coverage focused on the famous inmate while overlooking how people obtained and circulated the material.

“There are legitimate questions about how recordings and information are making their way out of a federal prison in the first place,” Engelmayer said.

Combs had also spent time in solitary after a July fight.

ABC News reported then that a source said another inmate’s remark led to the confrontation. No connection between that earlier fight and Saturday’s reported injury has been established.

The Bad Boy founder is serving a 50-month sentence after a jury convicted him of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The jury acquitted him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

He began his stay at Fort Dix in October 2025.
