Errol Greene appointed acting CEO of UHWI

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Errol C Greene has been appointed acting chief executive officer of the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI), effective Tuesday, October 20. Greene brings extensive experience in public-sector leadership and healthcare administration, having previously served as permanent secretary in the Ministry of Health and Wellness, and regional director of the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) and the Western Regional Health Authority (WRHA). He also served as chief executive officer of Kingston Public Hospital. The hospital said it looks forward to working with Greene to advance its mission of providing quality healthcare, supporting medical education and serving the people of Jamaica.
