EXCLUSIVE: Biggie’s Son Beats Accuser Who Claimed Assault With Diddy

CJ Wallace just scored another win in his long fight with Jonathan Hay. A federal judge denied Hay’s bid to undo a default ruling against him. She also set a hearing on damages for this October.

The order, obtained exclusively by AllHipHop, comes from a federal court in Tampa, Florida. Judge Mary Scriven signed it after going over months of back-and-forth filings from both sides.

Wallace sued Hay for defamation over accusations tied to Sean “Diddy” Combs. Hay claimed Wallace helped set up a sexual assault against him by Diddy. Wallace has always denied that claim and calls it a smear campaign.

Hay never filed a proper response to Wallace’s defamation lawsuit. Because of that, the court entered a default against him back in May. A default means a defendant loses key chances to fight a case.

Hay later asked the court to erase that default and start over. He said he wasn’t ever properly served with the lawsuit papers. The judge disagreed, pointing to a long trail of dodged process servers.

Court records show Wallace tried to serve Hay seventeen times using three different process servers. Wallace also hired a private investigator and ran a skip trace to find him. He finally served Hay through the Florida Secretary of State this April.

The judge found that Hay had been hiding from process servers for months. She wrote that his actions showed he ignored the case on purpose.

Hay blamed his silence on another lawsuit he’d been fighting in California. The judge called that excuse weak and said it didn’t explain months of silence.

Hay also argued he had a strong defense if the case moved forward. The judge said his answer didn’t provide substantive evidence to support it.

The fight isn’t over yet, but Wallace is close to closing it out. He still needs to prove his damages at a hearing set for October 8. Both sides must file their witness and evidence lists by September 24.

This whole fight traces back to a stalled Biggie remix project from 2020. Hay worked as a producer and publicist on that project, called Ready to Dance. According to AllHipHop’s earlier reporting, the deal fell apart after the first single did poorly.

Wallace says he and producer Willie Mack shelved the rest of the project. Hay stayed quiet for years, even praising Wallace as an honor to work with. Then in October 2024, he began giving interviews with startling new claims.

Hay claimed Wallace had “sexual relations” with Diddy, a term he repeated across several interviews. He also said Wallace attended Diddy’s “freak off” parties and saw criminal behavior there. Hay’s most serious claim accused Wallace of luring him to a location where Diddy assaulted him.

Hay took his claims to court too, not just to interviews. In July 2025, he filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy and Wallace in Los Angeles. He said Diddy assaulted him during studio sessions in 2020 and 2021 tied to the remix project. In the most outrageous claim, he said Diddy masturbated and climaxed on a shirt that once belonged to Biggie and threw the dripping garment on him while yelling “RIP Biggie.”

Hay claims Wallace helped bring him to one of those encounters, a claim Wallace flatly denies.

Wallace filed his own defamation countersuit calling the claims false and malicious. His lawyers say Hay invented the story after their business relationship fell apart.

Diddy has also denied Hay’s claims just as firmly as Wallace has. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office is reportedly still looking at Hay’s claims for possible criminal charges.
