EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Male Freak-Off Sex Worker Walks Back 12-Hour Confinement Claim

Clayton Howard acknowledged inaccuracies in his claims against Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie as he sought to remove an allegation that he was confined for approximately 12 hours.

He just asked permission to replace a proposed sixth amended complaint. Howard said he reviewed his account against his recollection and Diddy’s criminal trial record after reading the defense replies.

The dismissal motions target his fifth amended complaint.

“The revision corrects statements in Exhibit 1 that I concluded were inaccurate,” Howard wrote in a signed declaration.

The changes would remove the 12-hour claim from his account of a December 2016 Miami encounter, along with allegations that Diddy’s security personnel took his belongings.

Howard’s account included the length of that alleged confinement. His existing complaint, quoted in AllHipHop’s earlier coverage, described what he claimed happened after he was ordered away from the main suite.

“Plaintiff does not purport to describe events that occurred outside his presence, and, because of the music, did not hear what occurred in the master suite after he was ordered from it. Plaintiff’s agreement to attend the Miami encounter did not extend to being deprived of his clothing, identification, and telephone; to witnessing an assault; or to being confined for approximately twelve hours in a room he could not leave,” Howard wrote in that earlier complaint.

Howard also proposed dropping his California sexual-assault claim entirely and limiting his New York trafficking claim to Diddy.

The filing followed separate October 7 replies in which both defense teams pressed to end the suit without another amendment.

Cassie’s lawyer, Mélodie C. Han, argued that Howard had not linked the singer’s conduct to forced participation. Her team also argued that his account placed the alleged confinement after the sexual encounter, with Diddy controlling what happened.

“Based on Plaintiff’s own allegations, it was money that caused his participation, not coercion or fraud,” her team’s reply stated.

Diddy’s attorney Jonathan D. Gottlieb separately argued that Howard had not shown how alleged drugging or restraint caused a commercial sex act. His reply also challenged the attempt to hold Bad Boy Entertainment and CeOpco liable without specific facts about each company’s role.

Howard also sought to add details about staff arranging encounters. Representing himself, he said both defense teams opposed his new request.
