Exclusive: Jacquees Arrested On DUI & Battery On An Officer Charges

Jacquees was arrested in Hollywood, Florida on Sunday after authorities booked the R&B singer on allegations including DUI and battery on an officer.

The 32-year-old singer was taken into custody Sept. 27, 2026, according to Broward County booking information reviewed by AllHipHop.

The Hollywood arrest landed Jacquees in Broward County’s Main Jail under arrest number 132601563.

All three charges show a bond amount of $0 and a bond type listed as HG in the booking record. No expected release date is currently listed. Jacquees remains in jail.

It has not been made clear if he was denied bond, however he may need a decision to be determined by a judge.

What remains unknown is what happened before Jacquees was taken into custody.

Jacquees, born April 15, 1994, has built a substantial career in R&B through his solo work and collaborations. The singer has also remained closely connected to Hip-Hop throughout his career.

He has also had past history of arrests and infractions with law enforcement.

Jacquees has had previous run-ins with law enforcement. He was arrested in Miami Beach in 2018 following a traffic stop and was arrested again that year in Atlanta after police accused him of driving 116 mph.

In 2023, Jacquees was arrested in Gwinnett County, Georgia, following an altercation at a bar near the Mall of Georgia. Authorities charged him with simple battery and obstruction after a woman accused him of choking her and biting her hand. Police alleged he attempted to flee before an officer used a stun gun. He was later released on $3,700 bond.
