Gorgeous Doll Alleges Kai Cenat Agrees To $200K Abortion Payment But Sends $150K

Gorgeous Doll claims Kai Cenat paid her $150,000 after she had an abortion following what she says was a twin pregnancy.

Her account puts a six-figure price tag on the decision, alleging a $200,000 agreement before she accepted less.

The influencer shared the allegations Sunday through five TikTok installments about a relationship she says began in July 2023. Gorgeous Doll says she sought $100,000 for each child.

“He said, ‘I’ll pay the $200,000.’ I said, ‘Wow! Really?'” she recalled, describing what she alleges Cenat told her.

She claims the money arrived in her bank account within one or two days after she agreed to take $150,000.

Neither the alleged pregnancy nor the payment has been independently confirmed, and available reporting includes no public response from Cenat.

Gorgeous Doll says the other option she presented was raising the children with financial help and involvement from Cenat. That plan included a house, a nanny and $5,000 each month, according to her account as reported by The Times of India.

She says she initially wanted the twins but claims Cenat chose to pay for an abortion rather than that arrangement.

Gorgeous Doll places their first dinner at Nobu and says the two became sexually involved after they connected in 2023. She alleges protection broke during one encounter and says she later learned she was carrying twins by the streamer.

She also describes handling much of the abortion process alone and says the experience took an emotional toll on her.

The influencer has made public claims about another famous man before, including a dispute with Future that drew attention in 2025.

In March that year, she accused Future of trying to shut down her social accounts after she attended Lil Baby’s listening event. She also claimed her influence shaped Future’s music and raised the prospect of seeking money tied to his song catalog.

Meanwhile, Cenat has expanded beyond livestreams with his clothing label, Vivet, which he introduced earlier this year through his fashion work.
