Jamie Foxx Welcomes Third Child, First With Alyce Huckstepp

Jamie Foxx is a father of three after welcoming his first child with girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp.

PEOPLE confirmed the birth Wednesday (November 4) through sources close to the couple. Foxx’s representatives had not responded to the publication when its report went live, and the baby’s name, sex and exact birth date were not disclosed.

The new arrival is Huckstepp’s first child and Foxx’s third. The actor and musician is already a dad to Corinne Foxx, 32, and Anelise Bishop, 18, from previous relationships. He shares Corinne with Connie Kline and Anelise with Kristin Grannis.

The pregnancy was first reported in May. TMZ reported at the time that Huckstepp was several months along, although the couple kept the due date and sex private. AllHipHop also covered the pregnancy announcement when it surfaced.

Foxx joked about becoming a new father at 58 during an August interview. He said the idea felt less intimidating after talking with Al Pacino, who welcomed a child in his 80s.

The comparison brought some perspective, but Foxx still stopped short of turning the pregnancy into a running public update. He and Huckstepp let the months pass without disclosing a name, due date or gender.

Foxx, 58, and Huckstepp, 31, were first linked publicly in 2023. Reports of a split followed in January 2025, but the pair were photographed together again that spring and later in Miami. Their relationship returned to the spotlight this week when Foxx discussed plans to surprise Huckstepp with a home in Australia.

Foxx has long kept parts of his family life private while speaking openly about fatherhood. In a previous PEOPLE interview, he said one of the best parts is watching his daughters “light up when you come into a room.”

He also described helping them solve problems he had already faced himself.
