Jay-Z set a historic Hip-Hop box office record after generating an astonishing $42.3 million from three performances at Yankee Stadium in New York City from July 10-12, 2026.
The Brooklyn rap mogul’s “JAŸ-Z30” concert series brought in $42,290,766 from 136,934 tickets sold, according to box office figures. Each performance averaged $14,096,922 in revenue and approximately 45,645 attendees, with an average ticket price of $308.84.
The enormous financial haul represents the largest box office total recorded for a rapper’s concert engagement, according to Touring Data.
The performances celebrated the 30th anniversary of his debut album Reasonable Doubt and the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint.
The anniversary festivities featured appearances by Beyoncé, Nas, Eminem, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams and several other megastars. The concerts were a special blending of nostalgia and commercial muscle.
The numbers are impressive considering that only three performances contributed to the reported $42.3 million total. The reporting did not include London or Paris. There are scheduled shows in Los Angeles this month.

Speaking exclusively with AllHipHop founder Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur, Jay-Z’s longtime engineer and collaborator Young Guru confirmed that the anniversary celebration was approaching its conclusion. He also suggested that the mogul already had his sights set on another year of milestones.
“Right now, we got one more run of shows in L.A. for Jay-Z,” Young Guru said. “We’re celebrating the anniversaries all year. As y’all seen, we’re celebrating two monumental albums this year. We’re almost done with that. And next year’s more anniversaries, man.”
Jay-Z has demonstrated that the music remains a formidable business.
The $42.3 million figure tells one story, but the bigger question is how high the total will climb when Touring Data accounts for the remaining performances.
