Kanye West Breaks U.S. Rap Attendance Record With 83,000-Ticket Dallas Show

Kanye West broke another rap attendance record at AT&T Stadium, where the venue declared his November 7 concert the most-attended rap show in U.S. history and promoter IKON Presents reported 83,000 tickets sold.

The Dallas-area stop generated $18 million in revenue, according to figures an IKON representative supplied to Loren Lorosa of The Breakfast Club.

Lorosa reported the numbers after Ye’s stadium show in Arlington, Texas, marking a new high for the independent run just one week after Houston.

“YE LIVE! In Dallas at AT&T Stadium sold 83,000 tickets and generated $16.5 million in revenue, exceeding the promoter’s reported 74,412 tickets sold at last week’s Houston show,” Lorosa wrote, citing the company producing the stadium run.

She closed the update with another point from the promoter: “100% independent tour.”

AT&T Stadium celebrated the result in its own post Sunday morning, writing “history made” before announcing that “@kanyewest headlines the most attended rap show in US history at AT&T Stadium.”

The Dallas ticket total was 8,588 higher than the Houston sales figure IKON gave Lorosa. That Houston concert took place on Halloween at Reliant Stadium, making the two Texas dates back-to-back milestones for the same run.

Ye had already put up large numbers in several other markets this year. His April shows at SoFi Stadium in the Los Angeles area sold a combined 140,480 tickets and grossed $33 million.

His Chicago homecoming at Soldier Field drew approximately 142,000 fans across September 3 and 4, with roughly 71,000 people attending each night. Those figures covered two shows, while IKON’s new Dallas total covered one.

The run also drew more than 65,000 people to the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans in August and more than 60,000 to San Antonio’s Alamodome on July 4.

IKON had stressed the scale of the operation before the latest Texas concerts. In an October statement promoting its record-setting stadium demand, the company described YE Live as operating through “an independent touring structure outside the traditional major-promoter model.”

The company said that structure covered venue coordination, ticketing, production, security, staffing and transportation while giving artists and their partners a greater role in building the shows. Organizers also said the broader live run had passed one million fans worldwide.

Ye’s announced U.S. stadium dates continue November 21 at State Farm Stadium in the Phoenix area. He has also booked Mexico City’s Estadio Banorte for March 19, 2027.
