Loe Shimmy is bringing Brent Faiyaz into his Halloween plans, adding the singer to the lineup for his “Zombieland” concert in South Florida.
Faiyaz joins BigXthaPlug, Sexyy Red and Rob49 for the October 31 show at Miramar Regional Park Amphitheater in Miramar, Florida. The concert starts at 8 P.M. Saturday, giving Shimmy a close-to-home stage to bring his rap and R&B collaborators together.
The costumes could pay off, too. A $5,000 cash prize is at stake in the night’s costume contest. The night also includes a haunted house, and Shimmy’s team says the Halloween attractions will include a zombie invasion.
A bigger plan is behind the party.
The venue describes “Zombieland” as the start of Shimmy’s push to build an annual Halloween event. It cites Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw and Travis Scott’s Astroworld as inspirations for that goal.
The concert’s name also runs through Shimmy’s catalog.
He released Zombieland 2 in March 2024 and expanded it with Zombieland 2.6 that June. The Halloween show turns that recurring theme into a night of music and haunted attractions.
Faiyaz has already been part of Shimmy’s music for years. The pair released “For Me (Remix)” in November 2024, with the track also appearing on Nardy World.
Their partnership continued on “Run The World,” from Shimmy’s Pretty Girlz Run The World. Sexyy Red is on that album as well, joining him on “5 Star Freak.”
For Shimmy, the South Florida show follows the North American tour behind Pretty Girlz Run The World. His team says he recently finished that run, bringing the Halloween date back to the region where he built his name.
AllHipHop was covering the Pompano Beach rapper when he released “Fallin” in 2022. That coverage noted his work with Kodak Black and an early Drake co-sign. Now he’s putting several of his collaborators on the same event bill.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster. The listing says all ages are welcome and the event will take place rain or shine. Ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
