Looksmaxxer Clavicular Charged With Rape & Drugging Woman, Faces Decades In Prison

Clavicular faces serious criminal charges in Massachusetts that go far beyond the controversies that’ve already defined his online presence.

The 20-year-old looksmaxxer influencer stands accused of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor, all stemming from an alleged incident in May 2025 at a Cape Cod residence.

His attorney Steve Kramer denies the allegations entirely and says he’ll vigorously defend against them in court.

The charges connect to a civil lawsuit filed earlier this year by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who claims she was paid $1,000 to film videos for Clavicular when she was 16.

According to her account, she attended a house party where excessive alcohol was served, became heavily intoxicated, and was unable to consent to sexual activity.

Mendoza alleges the assault happened twice, including once while she was sleeping. According to TMZ, Clavicular’s legal team believes they have evidence to refute her claims and views the entire situation as a shakedown.

Clavicular built his following through extreme looksmaxxing, a self-improvement movement focused on maximizing physical attractiveness through steroids, cosmetic surgery, and other drastic measures.

His controversial behavior extends well beyond these charges.

In January 2026, he was filmed at Miami Beach’s Vendome nightclub chanting along to Kanye West’s “Heil Hitler” alongside far-right influencers Andrew Tate, Nick Fuentes, and others.

Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner called the incident deeply disturbing and disgusting, and the nightclub faced massive community backlash.

The legal stakes here are substantially higher than previous controversies.

In Massachusetts, rape convictions carry sentences up to 20 years in state prison, with repeat offenders facing life imprisonment.

If convicted on all charges, Clavicular could spend decades incarcerated.
