Milo Yiannopoulos Gets Schooled By Convict Elizabeth Holmes After ICE Detention

Milo Yiannopoulos got a reality check from an infamous convicted felon serving fed time that nobody expected, reminding him exactly what real confinement feels like.

After spending just 24 hours in ICE custody before being deported back to the UK, the British provocateur sat down with Piers Morgan on Tuesday and broke down emotionally about his detention experience at the New Orleans airport.

He described being chained at the hands and feet, calling the brutality of the arrest process something he’d never witnessed before.

“I was weeping like an old woman for an hour,” he told Morgan, admitting that the physical reality of American incarceration hit different than anything he’d previously understood.

That confession triggered a response from Elizabeth Holmes, the Theranos founder currently serving an 11-year sentence in a Texas federal prison.

Holmes, who’s been locked up since May 2023 and has now spent 1,190 days behind bars, posted a message on X that cut straight to the point.

“You mocked me from outside the cage,” she wrote, referencing Yiannopoulos’ past criticism of her online. “Then 24 hours inside one brought you to tears. I won’t mock you. I know why you cried. I’ve lived in that darkness for 1,190 days. It didn’t break me. It made me invincible. We aren’t the same. Find God @nero .”

The irony here is layered thick. Yiannopoulos had been heading to New Orleans to catch a concert by Ye at the Caesars Superdome when ICE arrested him on August 27 for overstaying his visa.

He’d entered the country legally back in 2019 but never left when his permission expired, and an immigration judge issued a final removal order on July 22.

According to AllHipHop’s reporting on the incident, far-right influencer Laura Loomer allegedly tipped off ICE about his status, and he was deported within 24 hours.

Yiannopoulos claimed he had a green card and was married to an American, but the government’s account painted a different picture.

What makes this moment even more significant is Yiannopoulos’ history with Ye.

He served as the rapper’s Chief of Staff and was deeply involved in his 2024 presidential campaign, but sources say Kanye has since distanced himself from Milo following the ICE arrest.

The relationship that once positioned Yiannopoulos back into mainstream conservative politics has apparently cooled considerably.

Yiannopoulos even told Morgan he’s now “ashamed” of his support for Trump, claiming the administration has “devolved into the Loomer admin.”

He also acknowledged that he’d been cavalier about other people’s trauma with law enforcement in the past, saying he finally understands what he’d dismissed before.

Holmes’ response carries weight because she’s lived the reality Yiannopoulos just experienced for a fraction of a day.

She was convicted of wire fraud for deceiving investors about Theranos’ blood-testing technology.
