Milo Yiannopoulos Whines About Being Degraded During ICE Deportation: “It Was Frightening”

Milo Yiannopoulos was detained by ICE at a New Orleans airport and deported back to the UK after claiming the U.S. government deliberately excluded his lawyer and sent notices to outdated addresses to strip him of his green card status.
The Breitbart editor and MAGA firebrand sat down with Piers Morgan to detail what he describes as a coordinated effort to remove him from the country following his recent criticism of President Trump and the Trump administration.
Border Chief Tom Homan said the deportation was straightforward: Yiannopoulos overstayed his visa and failed to appear in immigration court, but Yiannopoulos disputes this account entirely.
“I didn’t really understand the physical reality of how institutionalized the brutality is in America. They put your manacles, your hands, your feet, chain it together. I mean, it’s like everybody is arrested is like an MS-13 gang member, and it hurts a lot more than it looks like on television. It was physically degrading. It was frightening. I don’t think I’ve ever been frightened like that before,” Yiannopoulos.
According to Yiannopoulos, he entered the U.S. legally on an O-1 visa for individuals of extraordinary ability.
In 2017, he married an American man and filed for an adjustment of status to switch from a visa to a green card. He claims his green card was still valid when he was arrested, but the government allegedly canceled it without notifying him.
The core of his argument centers on procedural violations. Yiannopoulos says immigration officials sent notices to addresses he hadn’t lived at in nearly a decade, two addresses in Florida from almost 10 years prior.
She posted on X that she was “the first person to report on the fact that Milo was in the US illegally” and said he “incited violence against President Trump” and “worked for Marjorie Taylor Green.”
Yiannopoulos worked on Loomer’s congressional campaign as communications director years ago, and he says he helped prevent Trump from endorsing her in a subsequent race.
“I went to work for her campaign when she ran for Congress the first time. I was going to be her communications director. It was clear after a couple of weeks there was something very, very wrong with her. She’s the kind of person who ordinarily is more of a danger to themselves than to others,” Yiannopoulos added.
Yiannopoulos has faced criticism for his own past statements supporting aggressive ICE deportations.
He also called for “total legal immunity for ICE agents when they’re on duty” and said, “justice system should be just ICE.”
When confronted with these tweets during the interview, Yiannopoulos acknowledged the hypocrisy but argued he was exaggerating and that ICE should focus on deporting criminals, not people like him.
Yiannopoulos says he plans to pursue legal appeals and doesn’t believe the deportation will stand.
He has a family in California, employees, and a whole life in the U.S. that he says was built over 10 years. He’s currently working as a lawyer manager for Kanye West, who reportedly reached out to check on him after the deportation.
