Nino Paid & Warhol.SS Face Felony Murder Charges In Atlanta Killing

Nino Paid and Warhol.SS were charged with felony murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault in connection with a fatal April shooting in Atlanta.

Atlanta police named Jacquawn Andrews and Zahair Myles as the suspects in a September 15 announcement. Pitchfork identified them as Nino Paid and Warhol.SS, respectively, in its October 15 report.

“Following a thorough investigation, investigators identified two suspects, Zahair Myles and Jacquawn Andrews, in connection with the incident,” police said.

Warhol.SS also faced a charge of criminal attempt to commit a felony. The police announcement listed that charge separately but did not explain which felony investigators believed he had attempted.

Officers responded to 633 Boulevard NE in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward around 4:29 A.M. on April 25. They found a 29-year-old man who had been shot several times. He was taken to a local hospital in critical but stable condition and later died, according to police.

The Homicide Unit also responded because of the man’s severe injuries, police said. The police announcement did not explain how the robbery charge related to the fatal encounter.

Border Patrol arrested Nino Paid September 1 as he tried to re-enter the United States from Canada. The department’s September 15 announcement said he was being held in Michigan pending extradition to Georgia. Warhol.SS surrendered September 14 and was booked into Fulton County Jail.

Pitchfork identified the victim as Keion Borders. It also reported that Ring doorbell footage helped identify Nino Paid as an alleged accomplice. The police announcement did not describe that footage or say who allegedly fired the shots.

Warhol.SS declined to comment when Pitchfork contacted representatives for both rappers. The outlet listed an October 15 bond hearing for Nino Paid but did not report an outcome.

The artists had a musical connection before the arrests. They released their joint single “5 STAR B*TCH” on April 4, 2025. Nino Paid released “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” on August 4, less than a month before police arrested him at the border.

The charges are allegations, not findings of guilt. Both men are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. The September police statement did not give a motive for the shooting.
