Offset Points To November 13 For GMFU After October 23 Plan

Offset appeared to move GMFU to November 13, pushing the album three weeks past the October 23 release his label announced.

The rapper posted “GMFU 11:13 @gotmefukkkedup” on Instagram, and he did not explain the change in the caption.

The first image in the carousel showed the letters GMFU being embroidered on a camouflage hat.

His label’s October 9 announcement had introduced the album alongside “Every Night,” his latest song with Don Toliver, and listed Motown Records as its home.

That announcement gave October 23 as the release date, rather than the November date now suggested by his post.

Jaasu produced “Every Night,” which samples Jodeci’s 1995 song “Freek’n You.” Mikey Rare and SheShe Pendleton directed its casino-set video.

The single followed September’s “Something I Need,” with production from Southside, Smatt Sertified and Jester Beats.

Toliver has been part of Offset’s solo music for years.

They took “Worth It,” from Offset’s second solo album Set It Off, to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” for its Thanksgiving episode in November 2023.

Offset also appeared on “Had Enough,” a song included on Toliver’s Heaven or Hell.

The next album follows KIARI and its expanded edition, both released in 2025.

Named for Offset’s first name, KIARI got a Times Square unveiling on August 4 that year. Its early singles included “Bodies” with JID and “Professional.”

The deluxe version added a BNYX remix of “Bodies.” Other collaborations on KIARI included “Different Species” with Gunna, “Back in That Mode” with YFN Lucci and “Run It Up” with Key Glock, each of which also received a video.

The album plans came as Offset and Quavo were working together again.

Their song “Away” appeared on Quavo’s QRÖMELIFE, which arrived October 2.

Separate projects for Migos and Takeoff were still being prepared, Quavo said. He also traced his history with Offset back to seventh grade.

To him, the “Away” session helped them reconnect and brought back the chemistry they had in their school days.
