Papoose Drops “Jezebel” As Remy Ma & Claressa Shields Trade Brutal Insults

Papoose has answered the latest chaos surrounding Remy Ma and Claressa Shields with a new song called “Jezebel,” turning the trio’s bitter personal feud into a full-blown rap battle.

The Brooklyn rapper released the track after Remy and Shields spent hours trading vicious insults online and a September 11 divorce hearing failed to end Remy and Papoose’s marriage.

Papoose never mentions Remy by name. However, the song’s references make his target difficult to mistake. “When you was locked up, I brought you food, sent you mail,” he raps, recalling the years he supported Remy while she was incarcerated.

Papoose also claims he helped create his estranged wife’s biggest records and continues sending her money through Zelle. The song follows Remy’s announcement of “Why I Get Married,” an upcoming collaboration with Keke Wyatt.

The latest trouble erupted after Remy filmed content with Claressa Shields’ boxing rivals Alycia Baumgardner and Amanda Serrano. Shields responded by describing the women as “3 loser btchs linking up” and “3 btcs who can’t whoop” her.

“EAZYYY COME GET YOUR BI… still pressed about me & my man!!!!!” Shields wrote, referencing battle rapper Eazy The Block Captain, who has been romantically linked to Remy.

When another user challenged that claim, Shields answered, “Pressed enough to drop 3 diss tracks… you forgot?”

She also emphasized how long she has been with Papoose.

“Crazy sh*t!!!! Mind you I been with this man 2+ years!!!” Shields wrote.

Remy fired back by reminding Shields that Papoose remains legally married.

“U-G-L-Y /All u do is lie😂 U been CRYING the past 20 months – mad cuz LEGALLY I’m still the wife …B***H ME TOO! 😂SIGN THE PAPERS PAPURSE! Got me dealing with this slow ass crackbaby😭 talkin bout u n the NY streets, u n a HOEtel cuz yall scared im gonna pull up again #FreeRemy,” Remy wrote.

Shields denied being afraid of Remy and accused her of obsessing over a relationship she supposedly no longer wanted. She then posted, “Laughing some more 🤣🤣 whooo !!!! Pressed!!!!!!”

Remy responded by releasing a screen recording of private messages that appeared to show Shields praising and communicating with her between 2020 and 2024.

“I be LAUGHING when I hear you LIE like u wasn’t meat surfing me for YEARS,” Remy wrote. “I’ll address that in detail eventually too. But in case u forgot here’s YOU in MY DMs from Jan 2020-2024 WEIRDO! Tried to help ya fugly self. Now u hate me😂😭”

The hostility has roots stretching back more than three years.

Rumors about Remy and Eazy The Block Captain first caught fire in June 2023 after claims that Papoose confronted the battle rapper during a Chrome 23 event. Remy denied reports that Papoose knocked Eazy out, but questions about the marriage never disappeared.

The situation publicly exploded on December 12, 2024. Remy posted alleged private messages between Papoose and Shields after claiming her husband fell asleep while speaking to the boxer inside their home.

“papoose dum ass fell asleep on the phone with @claressashields,” Remy wrote at the time. “This b#### supposed to be a world champion boxer and get scary ass hung up soon as she heard my voice.”

Shields responded by accusing Remy of maintaining other relationships.

“This can’t be serious ! You have 2 boyfriends,” Shields wrote.

Papoose then accused Remy of cheating repeatedly and called her a narcissist. He claimed he had tried to leave the marriage but remained quiet to protect their daughter.

Shields later acknowledged that she and Papoose began dating privately in August 2024. Their relationship eventually became public, placing Shields directly inside a marital breakdown that was already playing out across social media.

The feud continued throughout 2025. Shields said she would fight Remy for $1 after accusing the rapper of leaking her phone number. Both women later denied false reports that they had actually fought.

The conflict entered the recording booth in April 2026 when Remy released “W.Y.F.L.,” attacking Papoose’s claim that he wrote most of her rhymes while also insulting Shields. Papoose’s attorneys reportedly demanded that Remy stop distributing the song.

Remy followed with “Wanna Go” in August, using Shields’ love of Crime Mob’s “Knuck If You Buck” to help promote the apparent diss record. She later appeared with Baumgardner and Serrano, setting off this week’s confrontation.

Remy and Papoose attended a virtual divorce hearing on September 11. Remy reportedly sought to have Papoose’s divorce case dismissed, but the judge denied the request. The proceedings remain unresolved.

Now Papoose has responded with “Jezebel,” while Remy prepares “Why I Get Married.” After nearly 21 months of public warfare between Remy and Shields, the fight over Papoose has moved from social media into the music.
