Police Bust Attempted Murder Suspect At Trippie Redd’s Lavish Mansion

Law enforcement raided Trippie Redd’s $8 million Southwest Ranches mansion on Tuesday, and the reason behind the massive operation is becoming clear.

A 25-year-old man wanted for attempted murder was arrested at the rapper’s property during the search, according to reports from Miami authorities.

Braveone Jones, who goes by the street name BalloutDaDon, was taken into custody around 6 P.M. when officers found him at Trippie’s home.

Jones had been wanted in connection with a September 15 shooting outside Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami, where he allegedly opened fire on someone.

He’s now facing two counts of attempted second-degree murder, with bail set at $15,000 on each charge. The man has appeared on streaming platforms before, including content with internet personality N3on.

Multiple agencies coordinated the operation at Trippie’s property, including Davie Police, Fort Lauderdale Police, Sunrise Police, Broward Sheriff’s Office, ATF, and Plantation Police SWAT.

The City of Miami led the investigation, while Davie Police helped execute the warrant.

According to TMZ, the search was specifically targeting Jones, not the rapper himself, though authorities initially kept the details under wraps.

This isn’t Trippie’s first brush with legal trouble recently.

On July 4, 2025, he was arrested at Miami International Airport while trying to board a flight to France for a music festival performance in Belgium. U.S. Customs and Border Protection flagged him at Gate 17 in Terminal J because of an outstanding warrant from Miami-Dade County dating back to 2023.

The warrant stemmed from an invalid driver’s license case, which seemed minor until it caught him at the airport.

Authorities took him to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and released him on a $150 bond.

The rapper has kept a lower profile over the past year, but legal complications keep finding him.
