Prison Diddy Accused Of “Running” Faces Fresh Scrutiny After Guard Admits Sex With Inmate

A guard at Fort Dix has admitted having sex with an inmate as Diddy’s reported prison perks raise fresh concerns about the facility.

Jordan Pensak, 27, pleaded guilty Wednesday to sexually abusing a person in federal custody and faces up to 15 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors said Pensak had sex with the prisoner in January and exchanged explicit pictures and messages through apps and social media. The inmate had two banned phones, which allowed the pair to keep their relationship going from opposite sides of the prison staff divide.

The original complaint describes sex inside a prison office and claims the pair paid other inmates to watch for approaching guards.

“Individual-1 also told law enforcement officers that Pensak and Victim-1 had sex multiple times in an office located in Fort Dix. Victim-1 also stated that Pensak and Victim-1 paid inmates to serve as lookouts during those sexual encounters, to alert the two if corrections officers approached,” the complaint states.

Pensak also discussed the relationship with the inmate’s relatives and worried in messages that she might be pregnant with his child.

“I kind of wish I was [pregnant] just to know its possible,” she wrote, according to the complaint. “I know I couldn’t keep it. And to go through all that without him would be hard on me.”

That case brings another ugly glimpse inside Fort Dix while officials examine claims that Diddy bought himself a much softer prison stay.

NBC News described a costly lineup of prison comforts after interviewing four men who spent time in Diddy’s unit. They said he spent thousands each month paying prisoners to cook, wash his clothes, make his bed and give him Chinese-style massages.

Sources said inmates even scrubbed his toilet and shower before he used them while people outside prison funded their commissary accounts.

The alleged perks reached beyond chores, with sources describing premium liquor, banned phones, explicit pictures from a former girlfriend and a modified tablet. NBC also obtained footage that appeared to show Diddy using a cellphone and reported that the tablet let him watch movies and television.

Diddy has since returned to the hole while prison officials investigate the claims, according to NBC News and TMZ.

The FBI and Justice Department’s inspector general investigated Pensak, whose plea puts the guard’s conduct beyond the realm of prison gossip.

Together, the cases raise serious concerns about who gets access to banned items and what staff members do inside Fort Dix.

Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, disputes the portrayal of his prison life and says the mogul continues to serve his sentence under prison rules.

Pensak is scheduled to be sentenced February 10, 2027 and faces a fine of up to $250,000.
