St James man charged with arson after house set on fire following dispute

A St James man has been charged with arson for allegedly setting fire to the house of a man with whom he had an ongoing dispute. He is 27-year-old labourer Junior Richardson, otherwise known as ‘Mr Chin’, of Cassava Walk, Albion district. The incident happened in the community on Sunday, October 11. According to reports from the Barnett Street police, Richardson was involved in an argument with the man at about 8:45 p.m.
