Stove God Cooks is bringing his long-delayed second album to Warner Records through a new partnership with Babygrande Records.
The labels announced that Warner will join Babygrande to release All This For Me?, the Syracuse rapper’s first full-length project since his 2020 debut Reasonable Drought. The album is now expected in early 2027, with Swizz Beatz producing the project and serving as executive producer.
The partnership announcement adds structure to a rollout that has been delayed more than once. Stove God and Babygrande previously aimed to release the album in March. That date passed, leaving fans waiting while the rapper kept working through features and new records.
Stove God said the new deal confirms the direction he chose after a difficult stretch.
“Everything played out exactly how it was supposed to. Real power is knowing when to walk away! Even from something the world thinks you need,” said Stove God Cooks. “A lot of people are afraid to do that. I’m not one of them. When God has His hand on you, what’s meant for you can’t miss you. This new season isn’t luck! It’s confirmation! I’m excited about this next chapter and what we’re building with Warner Records, but even more excited to give my fans the music and the moment they’ve patiently waited for.”
Babygrande founder and CEO Chuck Wilson said the Warner connection grew out of a relationship with Julian Petty, Warner Records’ executive vice president and head of business and legal affairs. Wilson said he had sent Petty updates about Stove God over the years before the two sides met in Los Angeles.
“Relationships are everything in the music business,” Wilson said.
Petty also has history with Babygrande. He described the arrangement as a chance to work again with a former legal client while helping Stove God reach a wider audience.
The partnership arrives as the rapper restarts the album campaign with “STOVIE’S HOME (Down Down).” The Swizz Beatz-produced single opened a fresh chapter for an album that has been discussed for years.
Stove God built his reputation through Reasonable Drought, produced entirely by Roc Marciano, and a run of scene-stealing appearances with Westside Gunn and other Griselda artists. His verse and hook on Clipse’s “F.I.C.O.” added another high-profile moment to that run.
Warner and Babygrande did not announce an exact release date for All This For Me?. The early-2027 window gives the partners time to turn the renewed single campaign into the album launch Stove God’s listeners have been waiting for. It also gives Warner a clear role in extending the record’s reach beyond the underground audience that kept the demand alive.
