Swae Lee Sells Miami Estate For $4.35M After Seeking $5.395M

Swae Lee sold his Miami-area estate for $4.35 million. The deal came in more than $1 million below his July asking price.

Mansion Global reported the deal after the seven-bedroom home was listed for $5.395 million in July.

The reported deal was about 19% below that first price. Swae Lee paid $4.25 million for the house in April 2023, the outlet said, citing property records. That put the sale price just $100,000 above what he paid more than three years ago. That spread does not show his net profit, since it leaves out the costs of buying, owning and selling the home.

The home’s agents were Roland Ortiz and Eddy Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. A post on their website said the estate went under contract after 47 days on the market.

When AllHipHop covered the listing in July, Swae Lee had described the house as a “great escape from my touring schedule.” He praised its backyard, pool deck and sports courts in a statement about his time there.

Built in 1993, the house had 7,831 square feet of space. It stood at the end of a cul-de-sac, with gates to close off the grounds.

JamesEdition’s listing feature described a five-bedroom main house linked to a two-bedroom guest wing. The main house had five baths, while the guest wing had two. That wing had its own full kitchen and living room.

The garage could hold up to 15 cars. It had climate control, seven bays and automated lifts, making it a key part of the home’s pitch to car collectors.

Inside, the home had an 11-seat theater and a billiards room. The wine cellar could hold 500 bottles. A bar sat with the wine cellar, while broad terraces gave guests more space to spread out.

The 1.22-acre estate also had a pool, tennis court and fully equipped summer kitchen for meals outdoors. Mature palm trees grew on the grounds. The main suite looked onto the gardens and had high ceilings, its own gym and walk-in closets. Its onyx bath had two sinks, a soaking tub and a large shower.
