Trump officials changed forms for overseas voters amid a GOP push to restrict voting

U.S. citizens who are members of the group Democrats Abroad gather to drop off their ballots for the 2020 presidential election into a box provided by the U.S. embassy in Bangkok in 2020.

The Pentagon made last-minute changes to forms that many overseas U.S. citizens use for absentee voting, removing a category of citizens that Republicans have been pushing to block from voting.
