Two more people were arrested in the robbery investigation involving Boosie Badazz‘s son, adding new names to the Louisiana case that led to Ivy Ray Hatch’s arrest this week.
Livingston Parish sheriff’s deputies took Antonio Cooley, 19, and Calei Ely, 18, into custody as part of the investigation, they told WBRZ. The station named them as the additional arrestees.
The rapper’s 18-year-old son was arrested on October 22, a day after deputies responded to a reported battery on Buffwood Street in Denham Springs. Deputies received the call around 7 P.M. on October 21.
“The victim in this case reported being battered and robbed,” Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard said.
Deputies said the victim reported being assaulted and robbed by Hatch and a juvenile. The juvenile was also arrested on October 22 and was taken to the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center. Authorities did not identify that suspect.
The charges listed against Hatch were armed robbery, aggravated second-degree battery, possession of a firearm with drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
AllHipHop’s initial report also listed possession with intent to distribute drugs.
A judge set his bond at $275,500. He posted it and left the Livingston Parish Detention Center the night he was arrested.
Ivy Ray Hatch, known to his family as Ray Ray, celebrated his high school graduation just months earlier. His father shared photos from the occasion in May, as BCK Online reported.
His father wore the graduate’s picture on his shirt for the celebration. Ray Ray posed in green graduation robes, with family photographs and the year 2026 decorating his stole.
In his caption, Boosie praised Ray Ray’s achievement and said he was proud to be his father.
His sister, Poison Ivi, also congratulated him and told him she was proud of him in a social media message.
Boosie declined to comment when TMZ contacted him about his son’s arrest.
