U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have arrived in Moscow to revive efforts to end Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for a halt to air attacks during their visit, but Moscow has not publicly responded.
