Aspen specialises in luxury Airbnb-style accommodations across Jamaica, catering to both short- and long-term clientele, while Swift Rent a Car provides premium vehicle rentals, complemented by professional chauffeur services, airport pickups and transfers.
“This partnership represents an exciting milestone for both companies as we strengthen our brand, our brand visibility, expand our marketing reach and potential to expose our premium transportation offerings and our luxury accommodations,” said George Cooper, who was the master of ceremonies during the signing.
The agreement spans one year with an option for renewal, though the financial terms remain undisclosed.
The contract was formalised last Thursday at the companies' headquarters on Balmoral Avenue in Kingston.
Aspen Luxury Services representative Ashanti Morrison pointed to D’Angel’s enduring star quality as one reason why the partnership was ideal.
“We are delighted to grant access with the title brand ambassador to the one and only D'Angel. I don't know about anybody else, but for me this is a major milestone because being younger and watching D'Angel…the audience that she has, we are definitely looking for some crowd, more marketing with regards to our new renovations and the new extensions that we have coming up,” Morrison shared.
Manager of Swift Rent-a-Car, Denvern Patterson, highlighted that the artiste is a long-time customer and with her reach across social media, the partnership is expected to translate to tangible results.
“I'm looking on her Instagram and her social pages, Facebook. I'm looking at the TikTok numbers…to see how well she can assist in maximising the growth of the companies where sales are concerned. So that is really where my focus is on. My focus is on generating back cash flow with the deal that we are actually giving to D'Angel,” he explained.
The deal comes as the company continues expanding outside of Kingston.
“I'm excited, and I'm ready, and I'm happy that they considered me,” Downer shared.
“It's definitely going to be a rollout plan for the last quarter in December, which is going to be a very high peak season. So the brand will be all over Jamaica and the world. So look out for us,” she added.
