Ye is bringing Yeezy back to the runway on November 4, with a Los Angeles flagship store at the center of the brand’s next retail move.
The event, titled “Yeezy Season 01,” will celebrate the opening of a new Yeezy flagship in the city. Business of Fashion reported that press invitations went out Monday evening, naming Yeezy Flagship Droam 1 at 4317 Beverly Boulevard as the venue.
The show is set for Wednesday at 8 p.m. local time, Hypebeast reported. Its name returns to the beginning of the Yeezy collection, which debuted in 2015.
The new storefront follows a retail expansion that began earlier this year. In August, JD Sports announced that Yeezy products would be sold through its website and selected stores, giving the brand another place to reach shoppers beyond its own webstore.
JD described the collection as “a new system of everyday essentials.” The August 13 launch included several styles, with limited quantities of some products available in stores. Southern California locations included Culver City Center and Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance. The rollout also reached JD stores in Atlanta, Dallas and New York, including the retailer’s Times Square, Bronx and Brooklyn locations.
Adidas ended its partnership with Ye on October 25, 2022. The company halted production of Yeezy-branded products and stopped payments to him and his companies.
“adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech,” the company said in its announcement ending the partnership.
That same month, Ye staged Yeezy Season 9 in Paris, where models wore White Lives Matter shirts. Balenciaga, Gap and talent agency CAA also cut ties with him amid the controversy over his antisemitic remarks.
Shopify disabled Ye’s online store in February 2025 after it sold a $20 swastika shirt following a Super Bowl commercial. The sale followed a string of antisemitic remarks from Ye, who also praised Adolf Hitler during that period. As AllHipHop previously reported, the website returned with the message “Yeezy stores coming soon.”
In January 2026, Ye took out a full-page Wall Street Journal letter apologizing to Black and Jewish communities and disavowing antisemitism.
