YFG Fatso waived extradition to Georgia at a November 2 hearing in Chicago, according to Chicago Crime Chaser, which reported that the rapper faced a warrant from that state.
The 19-year-old artist, whose legal name is Christopher C. Mosley, was booked in Cook County on October 29 on a local fugitive hold tied to the Georgia warrant.
Judge Rivanda Doss Beal handled the hearing at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse. The report said local prosecutors dropped the fugitive hold, but a custody order kept him awaiting pickup by Georgia authorities.
The account did not identify the underlying Georgia offense or establish that a transfer had taken place. It also did not say where he was.
Fatso had discussed an earlier period of house arrest on “Off The Porch.” The October 2025 episode description said he had recently come off house arrest then. That account preceded this week’s extradition proceedings by more than a year.
That appearance also covered making his first song at 13 and getting attention from the video for “Go Go.” He discussed his first connection to Lil Durk through Lil King and signing with OTF.
His album Sanity Evaded arrived July 9 through YFG Fatso/Santa Anna, following 2024’s A Reaper’s Ceremony.
The 18-song release ran 53 minutes and featured Rob49 on “Clean Up Crew” and Tee Grizzley on “They Need Me.”
